Nicole C. Armstrong was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2003 and has been an associate with the law firm of Davis and Davis, P.C. since 2004. Her practice includes all aspects of domestic relations litigation. Nicole is a 2003 Dean’s List graduate of Suffolk University Law School. During her time at Suffolk, Nicole received the Oral Advocacy Award in the First Year Moot Court Section Competition and was a Member of the National Trial Team as well as the National Women’s Law Student’s Association (NWLSA). She was also the Co-Director of NWLSA Sojourner Truth National Moot Court Trial Competition and participated in the Moot Court Honor Board Intrascholastic Mock Trial Competition. In addition, Nicole was a Legal Intern in the criminal division of the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office as well as a Student Prosecutor for the Massachusetts Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office.
Nicole achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 2000 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and was a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology. Nicole is a brother of the Alpha Phi Omega, Kappa Omicron Chapter – A national co-ed fraternity dedicated to community service where she held many positions including Academic Chair, Rush Coordinator and Nominations Committee. Nicole is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Meredith M. Hurley was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in November 2006. Meredith joined the team at Davis and Davis, P.C. following her admission to the bar, focusing her practice on all aspects of domestic relations litigation.
Meredith is a 2006 Dean’s List graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she received an honorable mention in the best brief competition. At Suffolk, Meredith interned with solo practitioners in Worcester, Massachusetts where she worked within both the Juvenile and the Probate and Family Courts of Worcester County.
Meredith graduated cum laude from Elmira College in Elmira, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2003 where she was a tri-captain for the Women’s Varsity Basketball team. While at Elmira, Meredith was a member of the Dean’s List, Phi Eta Sigma, Alpha Phi Sigma (criminal justice honor society), a Benjamin Honor Scholar and received an Academic Honor Award. Meredith also interned for the Chemung County District Attorney’s Office while at Elmira College.
Meredith is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
