Walmart Employees’ Class Action Suit Cannot Include Meal Break Claims

In 2001, a handful of Walmart employees filed a class action lawsuit alleging that the store illegally docked workers’ wages and refused to pay overtime or for missed meal breaks.

Employees Challenging Out Of State Arbitration Agreements May Be Out Of Luck

Judge van Gestel recently dismissed the claim in Sandoval, et al. v. The Hays Group, Inc., et al., by which former employees of the company were challenging the validity of arbitration provisions in their employment agreements.

Do You Have A Case?
